Data of your Data Sources

DC IT LLC is a business intelligence and analytics solution and as such to take full advantage of the solution you will need to establish connections to data sources you own and/or have legitimate access authorization. This data sources can be databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc and/or be accessed through APIs such as Google Analytics Reporting API, Facebook API, etc.

DC IT LLC does not use the data stored in your data sources for any purpose except providing you with analytics in the form of charts, metrics and alerts.

DC IT LLC does not collect, store or copy the data that exists on your data sources unless specifically instructed by you (the owner of the data) and this action is limited to the purpose of improving speed of access and loading times of the charts and metrics you and/or your team members created.

All data source connection information and/or client credentials for API access is kept confidential and is protected using industry standard security technologies.

All connections to the data sources are read only enforced by the connector regardless of the permissions of the user set in the connection information.

For API based system only read only permissions or endpoints are requested.

All the data requested from the data sources is only used to provide analytics in the form of charts and metrics to be shown in dashboards or to alert you on data changes and all this requests are set by you or team members that have been granted permission to do so.

All the charts, metrics and alerts are created and accessed by you and/or team members that have permission to do so under fully customizable permissions set on the DC IT LLC account.

Access to the data sources can be revoked at any time by you and all connection information and/or client credentials will be immediately deleted from our system and backups.

Revisions to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will govern our practices for collecting, processing, and disclosing personal data. We will provide notice of any modifications by posting a written notice on our site.

If you have an account with us, we will notify you of any material modifications by sending you an email to the email address associated with your account unless you have unsubscribed from all email communications.
